Eliana Atienza, the older sister of Emman Atienza, admitted how much she misses her. In a recent interview with veteran broadcaster Vicky Morales for GMA News, she shared how she was in disbelief upon hearing the unfortunate news of her sister’s passing.
Emman passed away on October 22 which surprised her followers on social media. She was 19 years old at the time of her passing.

Eliana recalled that her sister would help her out when it came to choosing what to wear as she had a “better fashion sense” compared to her. She added how her late sister would always make her laugh as well.
“She’s hilarious–– much better fashion sense than I have. I would always go to her: ‘Emman I don’t know what to wear, can you dress me?’ She would always do it. She would make me laugh,” she expressed.
When asked by Vicky about a memory that she shared with her sister that she’ll forever remember, Eliana looked back at the time they would drive around Manila.
“We like to stick our heads out of the car window because we like the air so we would go down EDSA or Osmena highway–– our heads out. Together, we’d feel the wind,” she shared.
Eliana then turned emotional as she recalled the time the unfortunate news was delivered to her. She admitted how she was in disbelief and couldn’t grasp the idea of it being real.

“I was in my apartment in [Philadelphia]. I couldn’t believe it, I still don’t really believe it, you know what I mean? I’m having trouble thinking that it’s real,” she narrated.
“I keep being really sad because like we were supposed to grow old together, right? I wish we got to,” she continued.
Eliana was asked by Vicky to give a message to Emman to which she admitted how much she’s been missing her already.
“Right now, come back. I miss you,” Eliana told her late sister.
Meanwhile, Emman’s wake will be held from November 3 to 4 at the Chapel 5 of the Heritage Memorial Park. The public is welcome to the wake as announced by Kuya Kim Atienza through his post.
