It’s milestone after milestone for Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday while embracing exciting personal and professional changes in her life.
Taking to her personal social media page, Jessica reflected on the incredible journey she’s had so far.
“Wow. 30. I am feeling overwhelmingly blessed. Today was one of those days where you look back and realize how far God has brought you,” Jessica wrote.
She went on: “The tough but beautiful journey that you’ve been on and how good He has been through it all. I never could’ve imagined my life would look like this, it’s more than i could’ve ever asked for.”
The singer also expressed deep gratitude for the love and support she has received over the years
“My heart is full of gratitude. Not because of the gifts or the cakes 🫣 but because of all of the love and grace I’ve been given throughout these 30 years. Thank you everyone for the awesome birthday wishes! I love y’all ❤️,” she expressed.
Included in her birthday post was a heartfelt photo carousel featuring moments from her previous celebrations as a child, as well as a touching photo with her husband, Rickie Gallardo, gently cradling her baby bump.
Friends and fellow celebrities were quick to send birthday greetings in the comments.
“Happiest birthday beautiful! Congratulations on everything ❤️❤️,” Ylona Garcia commented.
Author-speaker Romeo Marquez Jr also expressed, “Happy birthday Jessica! Wishing you greater success, joy, and happiness! Blessings on blessings are coming your way!🤗🎉🎂🥳.”
Singer Christian Bahay also manifested a win for Jessica, saying, “Happy birthday! Manifesting that you’ll be this year’s AGT Champion. 🙌🏻.”
Jessica’s 30th birthday comes just weeks after another milestone: her return to the 'America’s Got Talent' stage, nearly two decades after her first appearance during its debut season. During her performance, she received a Golden Buzzer and a standing ovation from judges Sofia Vergara, Simon Cowell, Mel B, and Howie Mandel.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Jessica opened up about her return to the AGT stage.
“To come back 20 years later and just with everything going on in my life, I feel like everything is God’s divine timing,” Jessica said. “I feel like it couldn’t have happened at a better time. It’s just an amazing feeling.”
“Twenty years ago when I stepped on the 'AGT' stage, it lit a fire inside of me, and it really pushed me to do bigger things than I could imagine,” she added.

Jessica also posted: “Thank you guys so much for all the overwhelming love! I wanna shout out these talented guys that shared the AGT stage with me. They elevated this song to the next level with their gifts & I’m so grateful to have shared this amazing moment with them! I couldn’t ask for a better band 🫶🏼 Please show them lots of love guys!!! ❤️”
Aside from getting the golden buzzer, Jessica announced that she and her husband are expecting. She later on opened up about her pregnancy journey in a post.
"Our hearts are so full. This is my first time sharing about the pregnancy, and it’s been so hard keeping it quiet these past 5 months! Thank you all for the love, support, and sweet messages — it truly means the world. Most of all, thank You God for this beautiful blessing growing inside me," Jessica said.

Jessica Sanchez rose to fame in 2012 as the runner-up on the 11th season of American Idol. The following year, she released her debut album, Me, You & the Music, and later appeared on the hit musical series Glee.
