MANILA — After wrapping up her record-breaking $2-billion Eras Tour last December 2024, pop megastar Taylor Swift  seems to have treated fans with another era coming soon.

In an Instagram post by her official social media team, @taylornation on Monday dropped 12 photos of the singer wearing orange dresses with the caption, “Thinking about when she said ‘See you next era…’ ❤️‍🔥.”

The cryptic post drew reactions from Swifties, the name of her fandom, with some even theorizing that the color orange could be a reference to the color of her upcoming 12th album, following last year’s release of The Tortured Poets Department.

Fans spotted Republic Records, Swift’s record label, liked the post and commented “❤️‍🔥” as well.

Coincidentally, the "New Heights" podcast, co-hosted by National Football League (NFL) player and boyfriend Travis Kelce, teased on Monday an episode featuring “a very special guest” set to be released on Wednesday, Aug. 13—which fans speculate is a reference to the singer’s favorite number, 13.

The teaser depicted a silhouette, with fans claiming it resembles the singer,  on top of an orange background, another reference to the possible color of her next album.

As of writing, opening Swift’s official website will show an orange background with a countdown ending at 12 noon on Aug. 12.

“Manchild” singer Sabrina Carpenter, who was shown in the photos posted on Instagram, also has her own official website bearing the same date, which appears to hint at a collaboration.

So far, Swift has posted only once in Instagram during May this year, announcing that she bought back the rights of her first six albums from Shamrock Capital.
