MANILA -- Actress Rufa Mae Quinto paid a heartfelt tribute to her late husband, San Francisco police officer Trevor Magallanes, vowing in a touching social media post to devote herself to raising their daughter, Alexandria Athena.
In a social media post on Tuesday morning, August 12, the comedienne shared her promise as she uploaded throwback photos showing Magallanes with her and their only child.
"I promise to take care of our daughter , we can’t stop thinking of you. Mahal ka namin officer Magallanes," Quinto captioned her Instagram post.
Magallanes passed away late last month.
They tied the knot in November 2016, months after they got engaged.
In a previous interview, Quinto said that she and Magallanes met through Facetime. After Magallanes got the actress' number from her cousin, the two decided to meet each other face-to-face.
