Celebrities and personalities took to social media to celebrate Maymay Entrata as she turned 28 on Tuesday, May 6.
Songwriter and record producer Jonathan Manalo shared a photo with Maymay from one of their music sessions in Los Angeles.
“You were showing me here a new song you were working on. I still remember hearing your original melody and concept for the first time—and instantly loving it. I know you’ll be able to write more songs and share them with the world.🎶,” he wrote.

Songwriter and producer Rox Santos also looked back on Maymay’s musical journey under the ABS-CBN StarPop label.
“@maymay Ang dami nating nagawa , several singles and albums , tapos dumating ang 'Amakabogera,' your biggest hit, followed by 'Pwede Ba,' 'Autodeadma,' 'Tsada Mahigugma,' and 'Kakayanin Kaya,'” Rox said. “I’ve witnessed kung gaano ka nag-grow sa music career mo, your hard work, passion for music, at ang mabuti mong puso, talagang nagbunga na.”
Rox then expressed how proud he is seeing Maymay’s growth.
“Ngayon, ang galing mo nang pagsabayin ang music at fashion so beautifully. And now, you just released your international single 'Paradise' and soon, your international album is coming. I’m super proud of you, Maymay, tuloy-tuloy lang, keep making us proud,” he added.
“May God continue to shower you with blessings; your heart is truly remarkable. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAY! Love you always!”
Kapamilya actress Alora Sasam also penned a heartfelt message, calling Maymay one of her favorite people in the industry.
“(W)ith her, never naging showbiz ang friendship. It always feels like home. Para lang akong umuwi ng probinsya at ka-chika ko ang kababata kong nakakakilala sa akin, no judgement just genuine love. Mga bisdak kaayo🤟🏼 She has my back and i’ll always have hers,” Alora penned.
Alora also praised Maymay for staying grounded despite her achievements.

Maymay’s Happy Crush co-stars Zach Castañeda and Andrei Miguel also sent birthday greetings to their “Carla.”
“Happiest of Birthdays to dis bundle of joy @maymay,” Zach greeted. “No negativity whatsoever can ever bring her down.”
Andrei also shared, “happy birthday sa aking best dang! parati kang liwanag at pag-ibig kahit saan ka magpunta. mahal kitang palagi and i cannot to wait to see u again soon!”

Maymay also received bouquets of flowers and cakes from her Star Magic and ASAP family. She also shared a video with her grandmother, Mama Ludy, being with her on her birthday.
Meanwhile, Maymay shared stunning photos of herself in white to mark her special day.
