BLACKPINK member Lisa was spotted wearing a Filipino footwear brand during the third day of their Singapore stop for their Deadline World Tour earlier this week. The brand couldn’t contain their happiness as they saw their design being worn by the global superstar at their show.
GVN The Label is a Filipino brand that sells footwear and bags and has over 80,000 followers on their Instagram account.

“WE ARE AT A LOSS FOR WORDS,” the brand said.
Lisa was sporting the brand’s ballet sneakers in the color chrome while performing on stage. GVN The Label then revealed how someone from the K-Pop girl group’s team contacted them before their Philippine stop to inquire about the footwear.
“A few days before their PH stop, someone from their team reached out to us to ask if they could do a pull-out of our ballet sneakers,” the brand shared.
At first, GVN The Label admitted that they were hesitant with the message as they didn’t imagine it was really someone from BLACKPINK’s team. Eventually, they gave in and were hopeful with what could become of this surprise message.
“We were skeptical at first because it was too good to be true but we wanted to shoot our shot and see what could happen!! 'we’ll never know if we don’t try' — literally us the whole time. We were hopeful, of course, but with so many brands they could choose from, we genuinely didn’t expect anything,” they admitted.
True enough, Lisa was then rocking their footwear on the third day of their Singapore stop to the delight of the Filipino brand’s team.

“We honestly still can’t believe it! truly a pinch-me moment,” they ended.
Fans of Lisa expressed how beautiful the footwear looked on the global superstar while other netizens congratulated the brand and are now looking to buy the same style that the BLACKPINK member wore.
“Congratulations! It's so nice of Lisa to support so many local brands wherever she performs,” a fan wrote.
“Because of Lisa, I discovered your brand! Your shoes are really so pretty,” another fan added.
BLACKPINK recently performed in the country last November 22 and 23 at the Philippine Arena.
