Blackpink star Jisoo thanked Thursday her Filipino fans following the hitmaking K-pop girl group's concert in the country over the weekend.
On Instagram, the 30-year-old singer and actress shared snaps from the Bulacan leg of her group's "Deadline" tour, held at the Philippine Arena on November 22 and 23.
But going by the comments on her post, it wasn't just her message of gratitude that thrilled fans — it was also the fact that she wrote the entire caption in Filipino.
"Pilipinas, para talaga akong bumalik sa kabataan ko—ang dami kong tawa at sobrang saya ko," she said.
(Philippines, it really feels like I went back to my childhood—I laughed so much and was extremely happy.)

Jisoo also said she would never forget the “pink wave,” referring to how fans raised their pink-glowing lightsticks in a sweeping motion across the crowd, creating a wave-like effect.
"Maraming salamat sa pagbibigay sa amin ng napakagandang alaala. Mahal ko kayo!" she said.
(Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful memory. I love you.)
BLISSOO, the agency that handles Jisoo's solo activities, also shared an Instagram Reel featuring clips from the "Deadline" concert in Bulacan.
Filipino fans, including local celebrities, filled the Philippine Arena for Blackpink's "Deadline" concert, where the group performed their past hits, debuted their new track "Jump," and showcased their latest solo songs.

While the "Deadline" concert marked Blackpink's return to the Philippines after more than two years, it was Jisoo's second visit this year, following her solo fan meeting at the Araneta Coliseum in March.
The quartet that also includes Jennie, Lisa and Rosé is reportedly working on a new album, though an exact release date has yet to be announced.
