Unakabogable Star Vice Ganda shared his sentiments on the results of the recently concluded Miss Universe competition earlier today, November 21. In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), the It’s Showtime host had a rollercoaster of emotions as the winner was being announced.
The 74th edition of Miss Universe was eventually won by Mexico’s Fatima Bosch who had a controversial journey throughout the competition.

Vice expressed his frustration as he felt that the Philippines should've won or even a higher placement in the competition. Ahtisa Manalo, who gave it her all, went home with a third runner-up finish, just ahead of Côte d'Ivoire.

The Kapamilya star added that it felt like the Philippines was robbed of the crown as well to which some of the netizens agreed. He asserted how the answers of Ahtisa were enough and hit all the points to win the crown.

Despite this, Vice maintained that Ahtisa did a wonderful performance and gave it her all as she represented the country. For him, the beauty queen has won the competition despite not taking home the fifth crown.

To lighten the situation, Vice quipped that the evening gown of Ahtisa resembled the gown he was wearing in the profile photo of his X account. Other netizens laughed with the Kapamilya star in the comment section of his posts.
“Parang pareho kami ng gown ni Ahtisa sa profile pic ko dito sa X. Lolzzzzz,” he said.
Meanwhile, fans have expressed their support towards Ahtisa all over social media as they’re happy with her performance. Other netizens shared how she has surpassed their expectations and it was a job well done.
