These were the words of Filipino content creator Abi Marquez aka "Lumpia Queen" after she was dared by multi-Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay to create lumpia with Beef Wellington.
On her TikTok page on Monday, January 20, Abi shared a clip of her making the lumpia with Beef Wellington. After cooking, the Filipino content creator brought it to Gordon, who was visiting his restaurant in Manila, for the British chef to try.
"I am here with the proof," Abi told Gordon as she presented the lumpia.
Gordon complimented the lumpia's presentation saying: "Visually, wow that looks good."
He then tasted it. For his reaction, he commented: "I'm really sorry. I don't like it. I f***ing love it!
He went on: "That is a very, very posh spring roll. Delicious. May I have some more please?"

It can be recalled that Gordon recently dropped a comment in one of Abi's TikTok videos, challenging her if she can make a lumpia with Beef Wellington.
Gordon is currently in Manila where the Philippine branch of Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is located.
The British chef was spotted meeting diners in the restaurant located at the Newport World Resorts in Pasay on Sunday, January 9.
As per the Newport World Resorts, Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill "serves a curated menu which includes the signature Beef Wellington, an eclectic wine list, and house-crafted cocktails."
Back in May 2024, Abi bagged the 2024 People’s Voice Award for Food and Drink in Social at The Webby Awards held in New York City.
"WE DID IT FAM šš First Filipino from the Philippines to win the The Webby Award, because of you!" she wrote on her Facebook page back in May of last year.
She further remarked: "This is a celebration of Filipino food, talent, and the hard work of so many people. Grateful beyond words for the chance to fly to New York, represent our country, and cherish this moment as a core memory. THIS IS OUR WIN š."
