MANILA — Risa Sato is returning to the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) with the Akari Chargers.
Sato, who has won 11 titles in the league -- 10 with Creamline and one with Balipure -- will be bringing her wealth of volleyball experience to the Chargers.
The squad announced the development Thursday.
The middle blocker returns to the league after giving birth to her first born and after also seeing her former team, Chery Tiggo, disband last December.

She is expected to bolster the middle blocker rotation of Akari, while reuniting with Ced Domingo.
