CANDON, Ilocos Sur — Jaja Santiago, who is now known as Sachi Minowa, has signed with expansion League One Volleyball (LOVB) squad San Francisco Signal.
San Francisco Signal has formally welcomed the Philippine-born middle blocker Friday, as the club unveiled its inaugural roster for LOVB’s 2027 season.
"Philippine-born Japanese middle blocker, Jaja joins the Signal fresh off capturing the prestigious Japan SV.League Championship title! A decorated veteran of the Philippine National Team and one of Japan's top middle blockers, Jaja is bringing her 12 years of championship experience and elite presence at the net to the Bay," said the San Francisco Signal in a social media post, welcoming Santiago.
Santiago is heading to the United States as a former Japan SV.League champion and former best middle blocker.

During the Pasig leg of the 2026 Women’s Volleyball Nations League (VNL), Santiago already disclosed that she is going to play in the U.S., and she is trying to stay in shape for her next chapter of her volleyball career.
