MANILA — Capital1 bared its newest acquisitions Wednesday, as the young franchise eyes a breakthrough in the 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) season.
The Solar Spikers amassed the services of eight new players—they first shared the signings of Shaya Adorador, Jasmine Nabor, Rachel Jorvina, and Ezra Madrigal on Tuesday night, and they completed the announcement earlier today, with Pauline Gaston, Cherry Nunag, Ysa Jimenez, and France Ronquillo joining the squad owned by the Romero sisters.
This massive overhaul by the team is a seemingly promising development, mixing in seasoned players with their younger star, Bella Belen.

Nunag has moved on from Choco Mucho; Jimenez and Ronquillo departed Galeries Tower, and will be donning the yellow jerseys come the 2026 All-Filipino Conference.
"I chose Capital1 because I see a young team with so much potential and a strong desire to grow. I want to be part of a team that is still building its identity, learning together, and creating something meaningful over time," said Nunag through her agency, VP Global Management.
"Being in an environment where growth, trust, and commitment matter is important to me, and I believe Capital1 is a place where those values are present," she added.
Nabor, a champion setter, as well as Gaston and Adorador, have found her rightful home after the disbandment of Chery Tiggo last December.
Jorvina of Nxled will be joining the defensive rotation with libero-captain Roma Mae Doromal, and Madrigal will be bolstering the middle blocker position in Capital1.
