Jungler Jonard Cedrix "Demonkite" Caranto shared Sunday how Aurora Gaming managed to overcome two heartbreaks to kick off their Swiss Stage campaign in the M6 World Championship.
Demonkite explained first that they got "overwhelmed by the meta" of M6, asserting that it was unfamiliar territory to them.
"Feeling ko, na-overwhelm lang kami sa meta ng M6. Kumbaga, nagbago o nag-shift kasi 'yung meta pagpasok pa lang ng Swiss Stage, so medyo nanibago kami. Nag-hard reset lang kami tsaka finix lang namin 'yung mga kailangan ayusin," he said.
The team allotted a lot of time yesterday in preparing for their drafting and execution, said Demonkite.
"Binalikan lang namin 'yung root problems nung naging talo namin sa mga unang laban namin. Nag-prepare naman kami nang mahaba sa execution, drafting. Nag-put kami ng maraming effort sa preparation namin kahapon."

And today, they kept their world championship title aspirations by ousting ULFHEDNAR, 2-0, on Sunday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Demonkite did his part for Aurora, securing objectives such as Turtles and Lords during the two-game sweep of the Turkish squad.

Still, it's a daunting task for the "Northern Lights" as they need to win their next two series encounters to advance to the knockout stage.
But Demonkite, at least for his part, is not disheartened as he expressed full confidence in the team's comeback in the next best-of-three battles.
"Oo, one hundred percent confident [sa comeback] kasi feeling ko, parang nasa comfort zone ulit kami na kahit anong laban namin, kaya namin bumounce back palagi," said the MSC champion.
