The entry of Sedrick Barefield in the second quarter briefly gave Blackwater some hope, but the deficit proved too big for them to overcome.
Rain or Shine eventually built a 58-point advantage, 151-93, with a minute to go before Clifford Jopia's late bucket pegged the final score.
Caracut finished with 22 points in just 17 minutes, while import Jaylen Johnson had 20 points and nine rebounds. Six other Rain or Shine players reached double-digits, as they shot a blistering 54.1% from the field.
