MANILA, Philippines – After a controversial finish in the Finals opener, Mo Tautuaa let his game speak for itself, bringing in the much-needed support in San Miguel's 98-92 Game 2 win on Wednesday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

Tautuaa, who had a late dunk that was later on nullified in Game 1 that spelled the difference in the TNT win, did not dwell on the incident and just showed his way of playing hoops, as well as his SMB teammates, just two days later.

For the 6-foot-8 big man, what they showed in Game 2 was their "brand of basketball" — and it "felt good."

“After the frustrating loss, we kind of tried to put that to the side because there's nothing we can do about that anymore at this point," Tautuaa told reporters.

“So all we're doing now is just making sure we go out and play our game,” he added. “When we play our brand of basketball, we do well. It feels good. You see us smiling. You see us happy.”

The SMB center jokingly said he is "done trying" on attempting a dunk, as he again missed on an opportunity to seal an exclamation point in Game 2 with less than a minute remaining.

“Yeah, you see, I tried to do it again. I tried to do it again, but I missed another dunk. I think I'm done trying to dunk now,” Tautuaa said.

“I feel like I got over that. I'll just lay it in from now on,” he added.

This time, he provided the team with 16 points and four rebounds on a team-high 35 minutes and 28 seconds of action.
