Jones’ departure comes just days after his latest and perhaps his best show for Dior Men at Paris Fashion Week, where he was honored with France’s highest accolade, the Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur, presented by none other than Anna Wintour. The moment seemed like a fitting culmination of his tenure—one defined by a seamless blend of heritage, innovation, and poetry.
Dior issued a statement expressing “deepest gratitude” for Jones’ contributions, crediting him with driving the global expansion of its menswear division and crafting an aesthetic that balanced timeless elegance with modern relevance.
Reflecting on his departure, Jones shared, “It was a true honor to create my collections within the House of Dior, a symbol of absolute excellence. I express my deep gratitude to my studio and the ateliers who have accompanied me on this wonderful journey.” He also extended thanks to the artists and collaborators who have shaped his vision, as well as Bernard and Delphine Arnault for their unwavering support.
