Since the idea of “signs” served as the defining theme for the evening, “Kapamilya, Deal Or No Deal” host Luis Manzano kicked off the show's July 26 episode by interviewing some of the Lucky Stars in the studio. He first turned to actress-model Kim Rodriguez and asked what signs she looks for in a man to consider him "The One."
Admitting she wasn't entirely sure what signs to look for, Kim prompted Luis to joke that the man she's destined to spend the rest of her life with might have been beside her all along. Kim then looked to her left and found herself face-to-face with veteran comedian Long Mejia.
Playing along with the joke, Kim listed the "traits" she wants in her future partner: someone tan-skinned, religious, and, most importantly, not too handsome so she could have him all to herself.
The Pambansang Host then posed the same question to Lucky Star Maui Taylor. Before Maui could even finish listing the qualities she looks for in a man, Long enthusiastically stepped forward, assuming the actress was describing him.
Amused by the interruption, Maui playfully shut him down with the quip, “Long, wala ka sa range ko ngayon nakapiluka ka eh,” drawing laughter as she lightheartedly poked fun at his bangs.
Picking up where she left off, Maui went on to share that she prefers someone who is also not too handsome but has a chubby build that looks like it would give the best hugs. Seemingly "touched" by Maui's description, comedian Bentong Sumaya jokingly expressed his appreciation, saying he is "marupok."
The lighthearted banter soon gave way to a more serious moment when the Lucky Wheel landed on Kim Rodriguez's assigned briefcase, number 4, officially naming her the night's special celebrity player
