Just hours after arriving in Lara’s (Bela Padilla) empty house, Felix (Baron Geisler) reluctantly confesses to General Carillo (Bodjie Pascua) that he was actually the one who pressed the detonator, leading to the explosion that destroyed the hostaged bus and killed all of the people inside.
Within moments of hearing the truth from Felix, General Carillo begins to rage at Lara’s perceived betrayal. Coming to terms with the general’s outburst through the phone, Felix then calms himself down through a conversation with Coochie, Harold’s (Elmo Magalona) beloved dog, whom he treats as his own.
Felix goes on to tearfully ask if they will actually lose Lara, given that General Carillo entrusted her fate to him in case she ends up becoming a hindrance to their immoral plans for the country.
Filled with frustrations, Felix is left with no other option but to scream and hope for Lara to avoid the mistake of not cooperating with the general again, as he doesn’t want to kill her.
