With his gunshot wound now medically treated, Marcus (Richard Gutierrez) prepares to be discharged from S. Trinidad Hospital but stumbles upon Jamilah (Barbie Imperial), who approaches him for a conversation.
Remembering the way Marcus cherished the old toy of his departed little brother, Gabriel (Gian Luca Geroue), Jamilah then acknowledges Marcus for being a loving older sibling. She is also reminded about her big brother, Jalil (Gerald Anderson), especially the manner in which he would put up with her playfulness, proving his unconditional love.
Back at his home, Marcus dreams again concerning the night that he lost Gabriel. He is still unaware of the whole truth about the wounded Hassan’s (Nor Domingo) appearance inside the ship before a part of it exploded, resulting in Gabriel’s presumed death by falling into the violent sea waves.
Seconds later, Marcus wakes up drenched in sweat and promptly arranges news clippings of the tragedy that night. He goes on to speculate if it was really an accident as reported by the media, eventually concentrating on the strange presence of Hassan, who could have been responsible for the explosive event that caused Gabriel’s death.
What could be Marcus’ response when he discovers Hassan’s real identity? Find out in “Blood vs Duty,” streaming on iWant and airing weeknights at 8pm on ABS-CBN sa ALLTV2, A2Z, Kapamilya Channel, and Kapamilya Online Live (KOL).
