ASAP XP” ended the month of May on an exhilarating high,  delivering yet another episode packed with remarkable performances and electrifying production numbers from its constellation of talented Kapamilya stars.

Kicking off celebration was Gary Valenciano, who once again proved why he is called “Mr. Pure Energy” with his explosive performance of “Hataw Na.” Beyond showcasing his signature powerhouse vocals and dynamic dance moves, Gary also showcased his skills in playing the traditional Filipino musical instrument kulintang. He was joined onstage by Darren Espanto, AC Bonifacio, Jeremy Glinoga, and Jameson Blake. 

The energy only continued to soar as BGYO performed “Up!,” their collaboration with sister group BINI, alongside Alexa Ilacad and rising P-Pop girl group DNA. Meanwhile, Martin Nievera, Erik Santos, Jason Dy, and Sofronio Vasquez delivered a rousing rendition of SB19’s “Go Up,” while Jane de Leon, Kai Montinola, Kyle Echarri, JM Ibarra, and Fyang Smith energized the crowd with a spirited dance break.

Living up to the title of their song, “Superdiva,” Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Angeline Quinto, and Klarisse de Guzman radiated pure diva power during their show-stopping set.

Fans of Regine were also treated to a nostalgic and heartfelt musical showcase as the Asia’s Songbird performed five of her iconic hits, beginning with “Araw Gabi.” Joining her were new-generation divas Alexa Ilacad, Kai Montinola, Esang de Torres, and Elha Nympha, each taking on one of her beloved classics.

Alexa beautifully conveyed the yearning emotions of “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw,” while Kai captivated audiences with her rendition of “Ikaw.” Esang had the crowd singing along and waving their hands during “Dadalhin,” and Elha impressed with her powerful take on “Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigin Ka.” The sentimental segment concluded with Regine and the young singers coming together for a special performance of “Araw Gabi.”

Sparks flew inside the Araneta Coliseum as three of today’s hottest Kapamilya loveteams teamed up for a kilig-filled production featuring beloved Eraserheads hits. JMFyang charmed audiences with their rendition of “Ligaya,” while Kai and Jarren Garcia delighted shippers with “Huwag Kang Matakot.” Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin, meanwhile, won hearts with their performance of “Alapaap.”

For the finale of their segment, the three tandems performed “Ang Huling El Bimbo” and took the experience beyond the stage by mingling with the audience. Their spontaneous interaction transformed the venue into a giant karaoke session, with thousands of fans singing in unison.

Kapamilya singing champions Carmelle Collado, Marko Rudio, Marielle Montellano, and JM Dela Cerna then joined forces for an intense performance of Gloc-9’s “Sumayaw Ka,” made even more exciting by a high-energy dance break from AC Bonifacio, Gela Atayde, Jameson Blake, and Jeremy Glinoga.

The momentum continued with the appearance of OPM alternative rock band Mayonnaise, who had the audience singing along and headbanging to their hits “Tayo Na Lang Dalawa” and “Jopay.”

To cap off the celebration, the “ASAP XP” stars performed “Together Forever, ASAP Forever,” this time forming a lively choo-choo train that made its way from the stage to the audience area.
