Fifty (50) choir members from various groups gathered on the lively set of “Everybody, Sing!” to represent the “Songbayanang Choir” during the May 16 and 17 episodes of the beloved community singing game show, striving not only to take home the coveted ₱1 million jackpot prize but also to share stories about life, love, and music with Kapamilyas.
Much like an experienced choir conductor, “Asia’s Unkabogable Superstar” Vice Ganda led the first round, “Sing in the Blank.” She was dressed in a fashionable Filipiniana beautifully embellished with cultural fabrics and local textures.
The initial “songpu,” or the 10 “repre-sing-tatives” chosen to compete during this round, were students from the UP Manila Chorale, who continue to raise the Philippine flag by winning awards in international competitions. Their talent for lyric-guessing proved just as remarkable after they correctly supplied the missing lines of “Ikaw ang Lahat Sa Akin” by “Asia’s Songbird” Regine Velasquez four times, earning the songbayanan eight more seconds for the jackpot round.
Comedians Petite and Iyah Mina came to the aid of the “repre-sing-tatives” from the University of Makati Chorale, mouthing the missing lyrics to BINI’s hit summer anthem “Pantropiko.” The “songpu” managed to guess seven lyrics correctly, adding a total of 14 seconds to the timer.
”Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0” Big Winner Lella Ford and 3rd Big Placer Joaquin Arce also joined in on the fun during the “Singko Blanko” segment of “Everybody, Sing!” In this round, LelQuin and their chosen “repre-sing-tatives” were tasked with providing the missing lyrics to the iconic song “Mundo” by IV of Spades.

The two alumni of “PBB Collab 2.0” helped the songbayanan win ₱40,000 and 2 additional seconds despite failing to guess the first three sets of missing lyrics from “Mundo”.
“The Voice Philippines” Season 2 grand champion and “Your Face Sounds Familiar” Season 4 celebrity performer Jason Dy performed Ariel Rivera’s timeless love song “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin” during “The ChooSing One” round. With a stroke of genius and luck, the “songpu repre-sing-tatives” in that round achieved a perfect score of 10 correct answers, adding 20 more seconds to the jackpot timer.
As the “songbayanang choir” breezed through the “A-B-Sing!” and “ReverSing” rounds, they entered the jackpot game, “Everybody GuesSing,” with a total of 88 seconds on the clock. Although they managed to guess most of the song titles, they were unable to identify BGYO’s “The Light” and “Muli Mong Mahalin” as the final two remaining songs, ultimately missing the chance to claim the ₱1 million jackpot prize.

Still, their hearts remained full of happiness and gratitude as they split their ₱200,000 earnings among themselves.
