While a cautious Jamilah (Barbie Imperial) is on her way home, she unexpectedly reunites once more with Jalil (Gerald Anderson). Without hesitation, she worriedly questions him about his recent involvement in the dangerous missions with Task Force Alpha.
Finally explaining his plans, Jalil carefully discloses that he got inside the Special Investigations Division in order to uncover the truth about Datu Rahman’s (Jaime Fabregas) capture through Marcus (Richard Gutierrez). He lastly emphasizes that their greatest enemies are undoubtedly the powerful ones found within the NLEA and that he feels that he is on the right path.
When it was Jalil’s turn to ask about Jamilah’s current profession at S. Trinidad Hospital, she argues that she’s capable of helping Jalil in his plans if he allows her, particularly through her deepening connection with Teresa (Susan Africa), Marcus’ mother.
She then reveals that Marcus has been doing everything that he can to figure out the real story behind the massacre at Isla Damai as well as the sabotaged mission of Task Force Alpha.
After sharing more of their hopes and frustrations with each other, Jalil ultimately promises Jamilah that he’ll do everything for their family to return to Isla Damai.
