Following the incident when Jalil (Gerald Anderson) was unable to rescue Datu Rahman (Jaime Fabregas) and instead flees from Marcus’ (Richard Gutierrez) pursuit of him, Jalil heads back to the residence of Omar (Edgar Mortiz).
There, Jalil expresses his grievances while questioning Marcus’ connection with the unidentified group responsible for abducting Datu Rahman. His thoughts begin to drift away when Jamilah (Barbie Imperial) suddenly arrives.
The siblings, Jalil and Jamilah, quickly clash, with Jamilah arguing she can’t remain on the island unless she does something to aid the rescue of their father. Jalil stays reluctant for Jamilah to accompany him, fearing the imminent danger brought on by the men targeting Datu Rahman.
Carelessly, Jalil frustratedly advises Jamilah that she shouldn’t exacerbate his problems, which shocked Jamilah. Making it clear, Jalil reiterates that apart from the massacre of their people, which also led to the deaths of some of Task Force Alpha personnel, the wicked schemes of the real culprits remain undetermined.
In tears, Jamilah then points out that she intends to be present so she can sympathize with Jalil and stresses that he is not the only one who lost his loved ones.
