The heartfelt performances from the fulfilling first part of “All2gether Kapamilya: A Grand Pasasalamat” on February 1 carry over into its anticipated second part, which aired on February 8.
Celebrating more of the best-loved OPM spirit, Kapamilya stars collaborated with legendary OPM bands, making sure to deliver unforgettable moments that had fans on their feet and singing their hearts out.
Opening the Sunday show with a calm and catchy rhythm, Kyle Echarri, Kai Montinola, Alexa Ilacad, Darren Espanto, Donny Pangilinan, and Belle Mariano jammed to chart-topping artist Maki’s “Saan,” eventually gathering the rest of the artists for an all-out harmony.
Before the soft guitar strums ended, the dance floor was ignited by the crowd-favorite “PBB Gen 11” alums JM Ibarra, Fyang Smith, Rain Celmar, Kolette Madelo, Jarren Garcia, Binsoy Namoca, and Jas Dudley-Scales all grooving to “Daleng Dale” by GAT.
Adding more intensity and family chemistry to the dancing zone are former “PBB Celebrity Collab Edition” housemates Klarisse de Guzman, Esnyr, Brent Manalo, Bianca de Vera, Ralph de Leon, and River Joseph. Beaming with energy, the group performed Bryan Chong’s version of Sarah Geronimo’s “Tala” for the MMFF 2025 film “Call Me Mother,” in which they also starred.
Continuing the hype and showcasing professional body-popping moves, Gela Atayde, Michelle Garcia, AC Bonifacio, Jeremy G, and Jameson Blake teamed up to wrap up the fiery dancing routines, immersing themselves in guitar riffs and SB19’s “DUNGKA!” before finishing in an aura-filled formation.
Finally kicking off the OPM band segments are Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano and OPM Chief Ogie Alcasid, who welcomed Soapdish with a fun trivia about their 2005 hit “Tensyonado” and ultimately merged for a sing-along to the rock version of “Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko.”
Jolina Magdangal and Jona Viray grace the stage next, with another iconic OPM rock band, 6cyclemind, at one point inspiring the Kapamilya audience with a short, sweet-sounding acapella of their comforting “Sandalan.”
Proving they’re the cherry on top of the breathtaking all-around performances, the Nation’s Girl Group BINI returned to the “ASAP” stage in stylish black-and-white ensembles, putting the spotlight on their versatile talents as they embodied their fan-favorite hits “Shagidi,” “Bikini,” and “Salamin Salamin.”
The relaxing stopover was once again led by the Queen of Sentimental Songs, Moira Dela Torre, who owned her emotional soft-pop single “Dinggin” before inviting Darren and Klarisse for her notably poignant “Paubaya.”
More of the legendary OPM bands then completely captivated Kapamilya viewers with their unique sounds, starting with Neocolours’ collaboration with Erik Santos, Martin Nievera, Darren, and Kyle on their exceptional and timelessly romantic hit “Say You’ll Never Go.”
Shortly after, Freestyle appeared, with frontman Top Suzara exchanging “kumusta” with the audience and introducing PopRock Royalty Yeng Constantino and The Prince of Soul Jason Dy as his talented co-singers for the heart-fluttering classic “This Time.”
The band continued to share more satisfying harmonies with Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla and Power Diva Angeline Quinto in their heart-rending cover of Ogie Alcasid’s “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang.”
The Aces of P-Pop followed Freestyle, Zsa Zsa, and Angeline’s vocal session with an eye-catching, electrifying performance of their vibrant single “Divine,” never missing a powerful beat.
Opening for the rock-n-roll acts are Marko Rudio, Kyle, and Darren, delivering their head-banging version of SB19’s “GENTO,” the hot flavor of the song intensified with the trio’s red leather outfits and perfected scream singing.
One of the most-awaited Kapamilya actresses on the “ASAP” stage, Pambansang Dyosa and Multimedia Superstar Anne Curtis also took part in the OPM medleys, especially performing with rock band Imago.
Imago’s vocalist Kharren “Kurei” Granada matched Anne’s uplifting mood in their lively duet of “Taralets,” and later vibed with New Generation Superstar Belle Mariano and Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid for the tender-hearted classic “Sundo.”
Capping off the second part of the event, alternative rock band Mayonnaise sent the Kapamilya audience into full celebratory mode with their signature song “Jopay,” featuring a sharp guitar solo and a chorus of voices singing along to every lyric.
