Like a 'tala' (star) in the night sky, Krystal Mejes glowed bright, while the once quiet and shy Heath Jornales let his burning heart show during the Big Night of “Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0,” where they emerged as the Kapamilya and Kapuso 2nd Big Placers, respectively.
Cheers, emotions, and a whole color palette filled up the Crossroad Center, where the Ultimate 8 members (glammed up in their color assignments), ex-housemates, their families, supporters, and special guests gathered for the bold and bright “PBB Collab” 2.0” Big Night.
For over 120 days inside Bahay Ni Kuya, the strength, grit, and heart of Kabataang Pinoy shone through every challenge, but above all, the housemates built friendships that could last well
beyond the walls and cameras of the house, along with lessons that will guide them as they face their “totoong laban” in the outside world.
From this night forward, these young stars' paths are carved for bigger things— and there’s simply no slowing them down.
Krystal secured 22.26% of the votes to be hailed as the Kapamilya 2nd Big Placer, while Heath earned 24.25%, officially finishing as the Kapuso 2nd Big Placer.
The moment they appeared on stage, the two took in the realization of how far they had come and how much love surrounded them as they stepped back into the outside world, made even more special by their families welcoming them back.
Heath, donning a blue suit, looked every bit like a prince walking into his well-deserved moment. “Thank you everyone! I love you all guys. You guys are the reason why I’m here. Thank you!” said the ‘Fighting Prince ng Taguig.’
Krystal, the ‘Wishful Waray ng Samar,’ was radiant in a yellow gown. She also expressed her appreciation,“Maraming salamat po. I love you guys so much! Thank you, thank you!”
As the 2nd Big Placers, they received P500,000 each.
