Things got a little juicy as the “Ultimate Tapatan” continued on "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0."
Kapuso Ultimate 8 housemate Princess Aliyah’s "pagpapakatotoo" was put to the test as she was cross-examined with queries from the public and the ex-housemates. The tension rose when evictee Lee Victor, who threw in the question, “Sino sa Ultimate 8 ang gusto ong tanggalin at palitan? At ang ipapalit mo ay manggagaling sa mga ex-housemates.”
Princess chose herself to be replaced, saying, “Not because I don't think I'm deserving of the spot but because there are times when I still doubt myself If I really deserve the spot.”
And if she had to pick an ex-housemate to take her place, it'd be Marco Masa. “Kasi I really saw na, especially no'ng may wildcard, na may gusto talaga siyang patunayan. And I saw it, syempre, sa mga Big Jump challenges din na grabe din talaga 'yung determination niya to prove something and ipaglaban din talaga 'yung dreams niya, not only for himself but for his family. So, I'd say I want Marco to be in my spot.”
Lee ruled her answer as “Truth.” However, from the rest of the evictees, Princess received eight “Lie” votes. Rave Victoria recalled that she allegedly said it would be “unfair” if Marco made it to the Ultimate 8 over her since he was a wildcard returnee.
Reacting to the result, Princess said, “I would say na valid din naman 'yung reason nila kung hindi sila naniniwala kasi siguro others would see that as playing safe, but that's how I genuinely feel.”
A brief reunion also happened between Princess and ex-housemate Fred Moser, with whom she had a 'special connection' inside the house. Fred asked, “Para sa akin, naging malalim 'yung pinagsamahan natin at pinaniwala mo sa'kin na ako rin ang gusto mo. Pero bakit dumating sa time na nilalayuan mo ako without an explanation?”
Princess responded, “Even I don't know if I'm certain about how I really feel towards you. There are times na napapaisip din ako kasi it doesn't align nga with what I came to do here in this house. Kasi sabi ko nga before that I'm going to make this journey about me and wala talaga akong ine-expect na magkakaroon ako ng... like this.”
She continued, “I think it's unfair to you if I don't know what I truly feel. So I wanted to sort my feelings out before we continue what was going on with us.”
Fred and the rest of the evictees—except Lee—ruled her answer as “Truth.” Inside the room where the ex-housemates were gathered, host Gabbi Garcia asked Fred if he was hurt by Princess’s response. He smiled and raised his “Truth” board.
