Following the sacrifice tasks of Miguel Vergara and Princess Aliyah on on "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0,” it was Heath Jornales’ turn to pull a selfless gesture for the girls “residing” on the Ultimate Eye platform—Lella Ford, Caprice Cayetano, Ashley Sarmiento, and Krystal Mejes.
The situation got tougher for the Ultimate 8 members after Kuya announced that they could only stay in the garden area. He then turned off the electric fan they'd been using, meaning the four girls had to endure the heat outside, which was even more challenging since the last outfits they were wearing before the surprise stay on the platforms were sweaters and hoodies.
For a while, the housemates’ “hardship” was replaced with “kilig” when Heath checked on Caprice. But as the sun rose higher, the girls struggled even more. Despite the discomfort, the girls chose to endure as they didn't want another housemate to go through a challenge for them.
But Heath was determined to make a sacrifice to make the four ladies comfortable. Kuya let him to fan the housemates on the Big Eye platform, but on the condition that he would be the only one allowed to hold the hand fan. Well, literally only Heath could beat the heat!
Heath took on another round of sacrifice task to provide food for the girls. He needed to fan the four housemates using both hands at the same time without stopping. One hour of fanning was equivalent to one plate of meal.
Heath had already been keeping the girls cool for three hours when, eventually, he let go of the fan, which meant he was unable to achieve his goal of preparing four plates of food. "I was a bit disappointed with myself kasi my mind was still going, I wanted to go to the end, give them four plates pero bumigay na po," said Heath. Nevertheless, Lella, Caprice, Ashley and Krystal were grateful for the three plates he fought hard to earn.
While the others were out there fighting the heat, Carmelle Collado was caught on camera sneaking in a power nap inside the house. Kuya played a creepy sound effect to shake her awake but it barely worked, as she kept moving from one spot to another before eventually being called to the confession room.
And her amusing excuse was, "Nagre-reflect ako tapos nagme-meditate rin ako, Kuya." So, Big Brother replayed the horror-core music inside the confession room just to make sure she was fully energized.
