February celebrations take center stage on “ASAP,” where the Year of the Fire kicks off alongside the much-awaited love month, making us all go, “It’s Feb-ibig!” Bursting with explosive energy and love, the February 15 episode, themed #ASAPonFire, shows off unstoppable talents, family fun, and back-to-back birthday celebrations.
Right on with a spicy diva aura matching the iconic “Toxic,” Kai Montinola, Jane de Leon, Janella Salvador, Alexa Ilacad, AC Bonifacio, and Maymay Entrata each deliver fierce Britney Spears performances, radiating their own star power.
AC and Maymay immediately set the stage ablaze with “Toxic,” floating through the song’s airy notes and owning the hypnotic moves and striking red lips. Alexa and Kai followed, taking on “Womanizer” with their top-notch all-around talents.
Wrapping up the Britney-inspired performance medley, the rivals-turned-allies of the 2022 version of Mars Ravelo’s “Darna,” Jane de Leon and Janella Salvador, return to the spotlight as a duo, showing their undeniable chemistry in “I’m A Slave 4 U.”
On to the “Queen” segment, powerhouse singers Darren Espanto, Jason Dy, Ogie Alcasid, and Sofronio Vasquez lead the “Don’t Stop Me Now” sing-along, with Kapamilya new-gen champs JM Yosures, JM Dela Cerna, Reiven Umali, and Khimo Gumatay joining in harmony to the soaring vocal ensemble.
Of course, the songstresses are on board the musical scene, as Regine Velasquez, Jona Viray, Angeline Quinto, Marielle Montellano, Elha Nympha, Yeng Constantino, and Zsa Zsa Padilla team up for a riveting performance of “Survivor” by Destiny’s Child.
Beautifully concluding the first part of the show, Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano and Concert King Martin Nievera take charge as they embody Hugh Jackman’s iconic P. T. Barnum in “The Greatest Showman,” ultimately inviting all the previous performers to join the spectacle.

Appearing next in their all-pink and green outfits are siblings Darren and Lynelle Espanto, wonderfully in sync as their high-energy moves matched the swift, popping beats of the “La Mamá de la Mamá” trend.
Finally, one of the most-anticipated celebrity families of the lineup, Melai Cantiveros and her ever-confident daughters Mela and Stella, dominated the dance arena, fully immersed and displaying their trademark, playful expressions that reflected just how much they were enjoying the experience.
OPM-centered vocal performances followed smoothly, including Six Part Invention’s poignant single “Wasak Na Puso,” performed in collaboration with Yeng Constantino.
Another soul-stirring, now chart-topping single, “Pag-ibig ay Kanibalismo II,” was presented by Fitterkarma in their debut on the “ASAP” stage, joined by KD Estrada, Jarren Garcia, Angela Ken, and Kai.
The last highlight of the show’s second part, February birthday girl Alexa Ilacad enters with a solo performance of Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself,” exuding pop-girl energy as she glitters in pink high boots and a silver outfit.
Before moving on to more rounds of P-Pop goodness, Darren Espanto and Gary Valenciano—seemingly alike in their unforgettable all-around skills, from singing to dancing—worked together for their cover of Steve Winwood’s “Higher.”
Turning the dance floor into a sweet corner accompanied by memorable vocals, Fyang Smith, JM Ibarra, Kai, Jarren, Alexa, and BGYO Gelo joined forces with song divas Jona, Elha, Yeng, and Angeline.
Musical partners Sweetnotes also collaborated with champion duos Christian Tibayan, Arvery Lagoring, JM dela Cerna, and Marielle Montellano for “Mahal Pa Rin Kita.”
Right after, ALAMAT blazed through with their track “LuzViMinda,” joining hands with AC Bonifacio and Gela Atayde in neon green ensembles, excellently suited for an electrifying dance break.
WRIVE kept the momentum going with the infectious beat of their single “Ooh La La,” featuring Belle Mariano in her all-purple apparel, precisely matching the disco-inspired production.
Prior to this collaboration, Belle had also performed her new single, “Like U,” clad in her jaw-dropping silky blue gown, gracefully cascading down the stairs.
With a different arrangement, girl group DNA covered XG’s hard-hitting “Woke Up,” calling on Kapamilya’s two Js, Jane de Leon and Jane Oineza, who didn’t fail to impress the audience.
Closing the P-Pop segment, BGYO belted and danced through “All These Ladies,” joined by Multimedia Prince James Reid, whose remarkable R&B vocals undeniably captured both the eyes and ears of viewers.
Entering the finale, Martin Nievera charmed Kapamilyas with his soulful cover of Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All,” warmly sharing the stage with Jona Viray, Sofronio Vasquez, and Jed Madela. He then recounted his cherished birthday, which coincides with the first-ever episode of “ASAP,” now celebrating its 30th anniversary.
He fulfilled his wish to perform with his star-studded band: Nyoy Volante on drums, Ogie Alcasid on bass, Darren Espanto on saxophone, Khimo Gumatay on trumpet, and the esteemed Louie Ocampo on piano. Angeline Quinto, Yeng Constantino, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Erik Santos, and Regine Velasquez were also present, uniting their voices.
Martin’s extravagant birthday bash concluded with heartfelt video greetings from Lea Salonga, Maricel Soriano, Sarah Geronimo, Matteo Guidicelli, Miguel Tabuena, and Sharon Cuneta.
