Vincent (Enchong Dee) meets with his assistant Madeth (Xyriel Manabat), who prepared updates about the latest online bashing that Mia (Anne Curtis) has been receiving. They choose to take it lightly, pointing out that at least people are still talking about Mia. And since it’s a Vincent-and-Madeth conversation, the funny banter is inevitable, such as when Vincent reacts to the fact that his assistant seems luckier than him after she recently won a brand-new laptop from a drugstore raffle, when she only meant to buy medicine for the headache she claims was caused by her boss.
Brushing off her playful teasing, Vincent urges Madeth to present the research he asked for, which turns out to be about Gemma (Kaori Oinuma). The slides she prepared include Gemma’s personal details, such as having no boyfriend and not actively pursuing romance, meeting Patrick (Joshua Garcia) three years ago while working at Santa Monica Hospital, and being the only child of a widowed mother who now works at the OK Hospital cafeteria.
Vincent, however, gets frustrated with the report, saying it lacks the specific details he wanted—like Gemma’s favorite color. Madeth hilariously remarks how old-school her boss still is, before teasing him further about the way he smiled while they were talking about Gemma.
Her unsolicited advice is for Vincent to stop wasting time and pursue Gemma right away. The exchange ends on a hilarious note as Vincent reacts to Madeth’s comment that Patrick is more handsome than him. Offended, he walks out and leaves Madeth behind to pay for the food they ordered.
