Since the show explores themes of healing with a touch of gothic horror, many of the scenes are intense and heavy. Olivia (Maricel Laxa) and Eden (Agot Isidro) may be constantly bickering on-screen due to their rivalry for the Nurse Manager post, but behind the cameras, the veteran actresses vibe well. Also spotted in the photos are Aljon Mendoza, who plays Nurse Pogi with mischievous charm, and Alyssa Muhlach as Nurse Patty, whose sweet smile feels instantly healing. Mark Oblea completes the lineup in his white coat as Doc Emman. Also in the cast is Bobot Mortiz as the OK Hospital director, Doc Anok.

In the series, Bianca De Vera plays Bella, while Louise Abuel portrays Kai, a patient with alcohol use disorder. Albie Casiño takes on the role of Junjun, a politician’s son diagnosed with manic syndrome. If you spot Alora Sasam in pigtails looking like a child, that’s probably Chinchin—one of the many alters of her character Cynthia, who has dissociative identity disorder. Ana Abad-Santos plays Zelda, a patient dealing with depression. And completing the gang is the resident 'marites' of OK Hospital’s patients’ ward, Mang Tommy, played by veteran thespian Bodjie Pascua.
Spotted at OK Hospital is none other than the famous children’s book author Mia Hernandez (Anne Curtis), who’s been dropping by the facility “for a literature class” with the patients, although we all know she’s really there to check in on Nurse Patrick (Joshua Garcia). Meanwhile, Carlo Aquino is earning praise for his deeply felt portrayal of Matmat, Patrick's brother who is on the autism spectrum.
Remember that scene where Gemma (Kaori Oinuma) invited Patrick for a coffee break one night and he politely declined, worried it might keep him up with a shift coming? Off cam, though, the two made time to chill with their iced coffee, as seen in one photo.
