Urged by Olivia (Chanda Romero) to kick Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) out of the mansion due to the possibility that their nemeses—the Guerreros—might use her against them, Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) advises Ramon (Christopher de Leon) during their one-on-one conversation that she must leave as soon as possible.
Of course, Ramon strongly objects to it since he doesn’t want his dream of having a complete family to be ruined again, especially if it’s because of a person whom they have just met. However, Don Julio argues that Marites has only brought misfortunes into their households ever since she arrived at the mansion, as well as she might eventually betray them for the Guerreros.
Ramon maintains that Marites can never definitely do it to them and that Olivia is probably just poisoning his mind in order to destroy them—a scheme that she has likely learned from the Guerreros. As Don Julio argues that he also yearns to complete his family and that it will be impossible without Olivia, Ramon reminds him that he is also his child and that it is he who has been by his side ever since.
Before leaving, Ramon reiterates that Marites isn’t going anywhere and warns Don Julio that once he finds out that his daughter laid a hand on the mother of his son, he will certainly put Olivia in her place.
