Fans have baptized Will Ashley with a new title—“Kaldag King”—thanks to his signature hip move that instantly grabs attention every time he performs it. And since he and Ralph de Leon are a duo who consider each other like brothers (and coincidentally share the same surname), Ralph has picked up on Will’s favorite step as well.
So, in this Kapamilya Chat challenge, RaWi had to show off their best kaldag moves, with the intensity depending on how much they like a certain scenario mentioned to them.
No warm-up needed—the 'De Leon brothers' went straight to full kaldag mode when asked how much they would love to star in a new teleserye. Will mentioned he’d like to do an action project, or even take on a role similar to Gerald Anderson’s Budoy, a character with Angelman syndrome, so he could help raise awareness about the condition and others like it. Ralph, on the other hand, said he’s game for any role.
Both gave triple kaldag levels of energy when asked how badly they want to meet Big Brother in person. Will joked that he'd give Kuya a special task if he ever gets the chance, while Ralph would probably thank Kuya and tell him, "Kuya, sana proud ka sa amin. Thank you sa lahat ng lessons na binigay mo sa amin." They also promised to carry those lessons with them in the outside world.
Of course, the idea of becoming a “Pinoy Big Brother” host earned a strong kaldag from both. The possibilities are endless, and really, which ex-housemate wouldn’t be thrilled at the thought of being promoted to host?
And then the boys hit kaldag to the highest level just at the mention of Anne Curtis, like who wouldn't want to star in a teleserye with her? They recently met Anne on "It’s Showtime" and they were present at the special screening of her new series with Joshua Garcia and Carlo Aquino, "It’s Okay To Not Be Okay." You could feel the boys’ kilig as they talked about how much of a goddess Anne is, and when they relayed that Anne said she had watched episodes of "PBB Collab."
But the 2nd Big Placer Duo didn’t bust out a kaldag when asked how much they want to meet “the one”—meaning, they’re not in a rush for love right now as they’re more focused on work.
