Even before stepping inside the National Museum, where Mia’s (Anne Curtis) book launch and signing event is being held, Matmat (Carlo Aquino) is already beaming with excitement. Patrick (Joshua Garcia), though reluctant at first, can’t help but feel a sense of joy seeing his brother that happy, even if he only ended up going because their friend Jason (Francis Magundayao) failed to show up.
Once inside, Matmat quickly lines up for an autograph. Patrick leaves him in line for a moment to take a call from Jason. While waiting, Matmat spots a young girl wearing a dinosaur costume, which immediately catches his attention. He approaches the child with curiosity and delight, but the kid's father shoves him away and calls him a creep.
The man grabs Matmat roughly by the nape and pushes him, repeating the insult over and over. Distressed, Matmat keeps begging him not to touch his head. The aggression overwhelms Matmat, triggering his fear and sending him into a full-blown panic.
