Patrick (Joshua Garcia) finally fulfils his promise to Matmat (Carlo Aquino) that he’ll get Mia (Anne Curtis)’s autograph for him, thus he agreed to meet with her manager, Vincent (Enchong Dee).
Later, as Patrick checks the book Mia signed, he’s unsettled by the note she wrote, which is an invitation for Matmat to attend her next book signing event. The message only spells trouble for him, knowing he’d have to accompany his brother and risk another encounter with Mia, who he’s trying so hard to avoid.
When Patrick gets home, he finds Matmat excitedly waiting for him. Matmat starts looking for an outfit to wear for the book signing. Wanting to dodge the situation entirely, Patrick calls his best friend Jason (Francis Maundayao) and asks him to accompany Matmat instead.
Jason teases Patrick after catching him letting out a deep, telling sigh when he asked why he seems to be going out of his way to avoid a woman who hurt him. Jason finds it funny because he's only referring to the one who stabbed Patrick’s hand, not some ex-girlfriend he seems to still be heartbroken over.
