Arissa (Francine Diaz) is shocked to discover that the intruder had attacked Lolita (Lotlot de Leon) inside the house. In the struggle, she manages to knock over a vase on the still-unidentified man. Despite Arissa calling for help from Boying (JV Kapunan), a tricycle driver, the intruder manages to escape. As Rudy apologizes for failing to catch him, he glances back at them—prompting Lolita to quickly shut the door to avoid being recognized. Lolita sincerely thanks Arissa for saving her.
Drunk and consumed by jealousy, Johnny (RK Bagatsing) accuses Agnes (Jessy Mendiola) of having an affair after she arrives home late. His emotions spiral, leading him to lash out—unleashing his pain and blaming her for the death of their child. As Agnes quietly bears the weight of his anger and grief, her own longing for their child resurfaces. In that moment, she recalls Samuel’s (Gerald Anderson) words - “Agnes, may anak ako. Ikaw, may anak ka ba?”
After discovering that his family had been assaulted, Samuel’s suspicions about Roldan (Joko Diaz) intensified. Driven by paranoia and instinct, he searched every corner of the house, looking for any device that might have been planted to monitor them. To his shock, he found an audio bug hidden beneath the table—one that was connected to Roldan’s device, allowing them to eavesdrop on every conversation inside Samuel’s home.
Meanwhile, Atty. Leah (Shaina Magdayao) reunites with her father, Diego (Tirso Cruz III). He notices her involvement in Mike Trinidad’s (John Arcilla) case, but she explains that she’s merely offering legal advice to the scam victims. Diego tells his daughter that the victims can only recover their money if Samuel returns what was scammed. “The sooner we expose this guy, the sooner we recover the money,” Diego asserts. Leah counters, “What if you’re going after the wrong guy?”
A light argument follows. Diego stands by his belief in trusting instincts when dealing with someone who has committed a crime, while Leah insists that guilt must be proven with enough evidence.
During a meeting with the scam victims, Leah explains that even though Mike is already dead, they can still go after his assets through estate proceedings. However, she warns that his remaining properties might not be enough to cover all the claims, especially since there are so many victims involved. Her statement is met with a mix of frustration and concern. Some victims shake their heads in disappointment, while others exchange anxious glances.
