"Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition"'s June 30 episode featured what netizens jokingly dubbed a “meet the parents” moment for the DusBi tandem, Dustin Yu and Bianca de Vera, prior to the June 28 eviction.
First visitor was Dustin’s dad, Peter, who shared with Kuya how proud he is of Dustin’s dedication to helping the family, especially in supporting his siblings’ education. Dustin ran into his father’s arms when he saw him, and they shared a heartfelt conversation where Daddy Peter assured his son how proud he is of him, win or lose.
Next came Bianca’s touching reunion with her mom, Aileen, who expressed just how much she missed Bianca. The mother-daughter exchanged endless “I love yous” and warm hugs. Mommy Aileen also gave Bianca a necklace that has the ashes of her beloved dog, Peach, who passed away during her time inside the house.
The other housemates squealed in kilig' when Mommy Aileen greeted Dustin, saying it was nice to finally see him in person.
