Bianca De Vera just had the sweetest homecoming as she went back to Bahay Ni Kuya just this month, only she was no longer a housemate, but a guest and 'ate' figure to the current batch of Gen Z stars in "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0."
She returned alongside her fellow alumni Dustin Yu and Will Ashley. "Para lang kaming bumalik sa ancestral home namin," she said in an episode of Kapamilya Chat, laughing at how she compared the "PBB" house to their “ancestral home."
"It still felt like the same house we lived in before. Although iba 'yung interior, 'yung kulay at iba na rin 'yung housemates, pero alam mo 'yung energy mismo was the same," shared Bianca, who really missed all the fun and banter with Big Brother, especially that moment when he made her sing. "Alam ko naman na-miss niya 'yung boses ko," quipped the "Love You So Bad" lead actress.
It was definitely a full-circle experience for the 'Sassy Unica Hija.' Before, Bianca and her batchmates were the ones getting all the pep talks from celeb houseguests. But in their recent guesting, they stepped in as the mentors for the current batch, especially since she, Dustin, and Will entered during a week when the housemates were facing disciplinary action due to rule violations and acts of disobedience.
When asked what kind of advice she offered the youngsters, Bianca said she drew from her own experiences. She knew the housemates would eventually feel drained, but told them to take it all in anyway. "Just enjoy your stay. As cliche as it sounds, enjoy-in n'yo lang 'yan kasi balang-araw, tulad namin, mami-miss n'yo rin 'yan. It’s your moment now, own it," she told them.
Asked who among the housemates left a mark on her, she mentioned John Clifford, "Sobrang energetic niya at maasikaso siya sa mga housemates."
