Lucas (JM de Guzman) visits Edong (Jake Cuenca) in prison. During their conversation, Edong notices the fresh-looking bruises on Lucas’s knuckles, but Lucas assures him they’re just from an intense workout.
With regard to the opening of Lucas’s business, Edong and Lucas exchange praise and well-wishes, but Edong is unable to acknowledge his role in Lucas’s success, even though Lucas repeatedly credits him.
Despite everything he has, Lucas still feels that the most important thing missing in his life is Edong’s freedom, and he reminds him of his commutation of sentence.
