Ashley Sarmiento wasn’t able to contain her kilig and joy after her conversation with Rave Victoria, but she clarified to Kuya and Kapamilya housemate Lella Ford that there’s nothing romantic going on between them yet, but she admires him for his kindness, wisdom, and pleasing personality. Since she’s aware of what has been going between them, Lella teased both Rave and Ashley during her separate exchanges with them.
“Sabi ko nga, first impression nag-last talaga na mabait. And every time I talk to him, he just proves why he’s so deserving of my admiration,” Ashley related to Lella inside the girls’ bedroom, which made the latter throw a pillow at her out of sheer kilig. “How can I not like that person. Bro, he’s just too kind and he’s so interesting.”
Ashley went on to demonstrate to Lella the sweet gesture that Rave had done to her recently, which was giving her a back hug and asking how she’d been feeling while she was busy cooking one of their meals—which made both girls kilig.
“Parang doon ko po gustong maging kaibigan and kilalanin po si Rave, Kuya, noong nag-start po siyang magkuwento ng multo niya and ng buhay po niya kasi nakita ko po kung gaano po kabuti ‘yong puso niya and paano po siya mag-isip at such a young age. So, parang hinangaan ko po siya at that time, Kuya, and the way he thinks about what’s happening with his life,” she told Big Brother.
Then she added, “Nakikita ko po na interested din po talaga siya sa mga sinasabi ko and nakikinig po siya. Siyempre natutuwa po ako na gano’n po ‘yong pakikitungo po niya sa akin. And bukod din naman po doon, very comfortable din naman po ako around Rave.”
