Chief Ben (Levi Ignacio) congratulates Olsen (Kyle Echarri) on his new job, yet reminds him of something important, “Kung dito ka magtatrabaho, kailangan magkausap na kayo ni Liam (Donny Pangilinan).” He urges Olsen to make amends with Liam and keep himself away from the family’s conflicts.
Olsen, however, insists his conscience is clear and that he has done nothing wrong. Ben shakes his head in disbelief. Olsen reassures him, “Basta, ‘Lo, gagawin ko lahat.” He promises to work hard and give his family a better life.
They are later on interrupted by a familiar voice, Wendy (Janice de Belen), Olsen’s mother. Overcome with emotion, Olsen rushes to hug her, their reunion filled with joy. Despite Wendy carrying a dark past as an ex‑convict.
As mother and son catch up, Greta (Lorna Tolentino), Wendy’s high school best friend, spots her and greets her warmly. “Greta, maraming maraming salamat sa lahat.” Greta, in turn, thanks Wendy and offers her to work again at La Playa Roja.
