After their second “Ligtask,” team leaders and real-life friends Princess Aliyah and Ashley Sarmiento had a serious and intimate talk inside the girls’ bedroom, wherein the former asked the latter for some advice on how she could provide pep talks to her members.
Ashley told her that the fundamental thing to do is to really listen first because everybody has to say something and then convey whatever it is that she wishes or needs to say. Even though she’s the leader, Princess admitted that she actually found it challenging to lead her members since most of them possess strong personalities.
From initially having hesitations, fears, and doubts about becoming a leader, Princess had caught herself enjoying it, much to the delight of Ashley. During her conversation with Kuya inside the confession room, Princess declared that she was already taking back everything that she had told him about being a leader a few days ago.
