Instead of shooting her or doing anything to her, Tanggol (Coco Martin) asked Ponggay (Maris Racal) to just leave because they wouldn’t surrender to her nor allow her to arrest them and be incarcerated again.
She warned them that a bloodbath would ensue if they refused to do so, to which Tanggol furiously retorted that he actually didn’t care. Enteng (Jojit Lorenzo) chimed in to remind her that she was just alone, and she would still end up in the grave regardless of if she would be able to kill any of them. Don Julio (Tommy Abuel) also told her to hold her horses because she might not be aware that the men in front of her were all manslayers.
Thus, Tanggol asked her to go home, telling her that they did not want to harm her and that he firmly believed she was a good person. Since that’s the case, he also hoped that Ponggay would be able to understand them and the causes they’d been fighting for.
As Tanggol pleaded with her again to just retreat and leave, the seemingly apprehensive Ponggay finally conceded but warned that she would return and catch all of them. Don Julio was completely relieved as soon as she left, while Tanggol intently followed her with his gaze as she dramatically walked off from their hideout.
