The tension between Rigor (John Estrada) and Marites (Cherry Pie Picache) continued the following day, with him telling her that he already knew about her plan of escaping from their house.
Another argument sparked between them as she confronted him about granting her liberty yet depriving her of the freedom to do anything she wishes, to which Rigor retorted that it was just his way of teaching her lessons and pushing her to come to her senses. He also reminded her about his new position, so she better not do anything that would displease him because he can definitely do anything he wants to do to her.
Despite her pleas, Rigor dragged Marites back to her bedroom, where he locked her up as he departed for work. Fuelled by his wrath against her and Ramon, Rigor apparently plans to detain her there until she finally decides to choose him over Ramon. But before completely leaving, he warned their neighbors not to meddle with him and Marites nor to attempt to help her because they would certainly make them pay for it.
Meanwhile, even though she really wanted to get out of that hell of a house, she couldn't gamble on her safety just yet because she knew all too well that Rigor had already prepared for it.
