Just when the Red Phoenix group had already cornered Rigor (John Estrada), Santino (Ronwaldo Martin), and Erika (Gillian Vicencio), the Guerreros—who were still clad in their formal Filipiniana attires that they wore earlier that day for their oath-taking ceremony at the city hall—arrived at the scene along with their security aides.
They were able to stop Lucio and his henchmen from completely harming the trio, most especially their beloved estranged scion, Erika. Both Rigor and Roberto (Albert Martinez) were shocked to see each other there, with the latter expressing his disappointment at the former for hiding his daughter from him after all the help that he had given him.
Santino tried to cover up for his father by telling Roberto that Rigor did nothing wrong, and he had just protected him. Miguelito (Jake Cuenca) then pointed his gun at Santino as he asked him to shut up and threatened to shoot him. Of course, Rigor didn’t let that happen, as he warned the Guerreros that there would be bloodshed there once any one of them dared to hurt his son.
Erika then shielded Santino from them, telling Roberto that she wouldn’t let them kill him because she loves him. Jackie (Angel Aquino) intermeddled to tell Erika to stop being hardheaded and to order their bodyguards to put their guns down, as they might harm her daughter. Rigor also heeded Roberto’s command to put his gun down as well.
Blood then gushed from Erika’s private area as she stumbled on the ground while trying to get away from her mom, who was forcing her to come with them. This prompted Erika to confess that she is pregnant, and Santino is the father of her unborn child, which shocked and infuriated Jackie. Even though she was bleeding and was in too much pain, Erika still mustered the strength to run away, with Santino and Rigor following her.
