As Tanggol (Coco Martin) was already being beaten up by Hector (Aljur Abrenica), his friends suddenly came to his rescue by ganging up on the latter until they got him knocked down.
Meanwhile, instead of heeding Rigor’s (John Estrada) command for him to surrender, Paeng (Michael de Mesa) riddled him and his unit with bullets, as he was resolute to not concede to them after what they did to his family.
Unfortunately, he got distracted by the sight of his daughter, Fatima (Andrea Brillantes), wrestling with Ponggay (Maris Racal) in one of the alleys, so Rigor found an opportunity to repeatedly shoot him, leaving him dead on the spot.
This shocked Fatima, who immediately abandoned Ponggay and ran towards the lifeless body of Paeng. She wailed as she embraced him and tried to wake him up, but to no avail for he was already dead.
