Right after the pinning ceremony, Rigor (John Estrada) had the chance to speak to Roberto (Albert Martinez) regarding the situation of his beloved son, Santino (Ronwaldo Martin), at their mansion, as well as ask if he could visit him.
Roberto told him that he had nothing to worry about because Santino has been doing good and is in good hands. Furthermore, there’s also no problem if he visits his son anytime he wishes, yet Roberto believes that he can’t do it soon considering the amount of work he has to do as the newly designated chief of the Quiapo Police Station.
The Manila vice mayor then diverted their conversation to the manhunt operation being carried out by Rigor and his team against Tanggol (Coco Martin) and Ramon (Christopher de Leon). Rigor informed him that even though they’re still searching for the Montenegro father-and-son tandem, they found out that it was the notorious Red Phoenix Group that took away Ramon from the hospital and that went after his daughter, Erika (Gillian Vicencio).
Since he’s connected to the group, Roberto advised Rigor to veer their focus away from Red Phoenix since they’re just a small-time syndicate and must trail Tanggol and Ramon instead. When asked why they were after his daughter, Roberto said that it’s probably because of his dedication to his duties as the former mayor of the city.
Rigor then asked Roberto if his wife, Marites (Cherry Pie Picache), would be set free, telling him that it’s simply because he wanted his family to be complete. Roberto told him that he had already prepared the bail and release papers of Marites, which he did not only because he didn’t want his half-sister to rot in jail, but also because they could also use her in taking hold of Tanggol and Ramon.
