After their small meeting with their supporters in Barangay San Dimas, Roda (Joel Lamangan), Congressman Leo Mojica (Rey Campanilla), and the councilors went to where Tanggol was to relay to him that they found out that the recent election was actually rigged, and they had witnesses who were willing to testify about the veracity of the claims.
As Tanggol expressed his worry that they are putting their and their loved ones’ lives in danger, Tindeng (Charo Santos) argued that the witnesses were actually aware of the repercussions, yet they are still keen to do it for the sake of Manila. Team Tanggol then persuaded him to join them in this fight, but he told them that as much as he wanted to help them, he had to help his family and himself first, especially now that the authorities have been looking for him.
Since that’s the case, Team Tanggol just vowed to do anything that they can to prevent the Guerreros from defiling Manila again under their regime. Tindeng, Roda, and Alfredo (Juan Rodrigo) also accepted their proposal for the three of them to join them in their foray at the city hall, considering Tindeng and Alfredo’s experience in working with the Guerreros decades ago. Before they left, Tanggol promised to visit them at San Dimas every now and then to get updates from them.
On their way back to their hideout, Tropang Tanggol spotted Kidlat (Smugglaz), a member of Red Phoenix, in one of the alleys of Quiapo and called him out.
