MANILA -- OPM girl group BINI opened ABS-CBN's noontime program "It's Showtime" on Monday, March 9, performing their latest single "Unang Kilig."
After their production number, the Nation's Girl Group talked more about their latest music release.
"Our latest single 'Unang Kilig, it talks about the first stage of love, which is crush. Kapag may crush ka hindi mo alam kung ano ang gagawin mo hindi ba? Kung aamin ka ba or hihintayin mong aamin siya. So sobrang gulo at the same time hindi mo makakalimutan 'yung feeling na 'yon yung first crush mo," BINI Sheena said.
BINI released "Unang Kilig," alongside with the surprise drop of “Honey Honey,” last Thursday.
"Madlang people, that was our first live full performance of our newest song 'Unang Kilig.' And may surprise po kami sa inyo dahil we just dropped another track called 'Honey Honey.' Both songs are out now on all digital streaming platforms, so make sure to stream them," BINI Jhoanna said.
The star-studded music video for "Unang Kilig," which was uploaded on the official YouTube channel of BIN, featured actors Vhong Navarro, Gerald Anderson, Richard Gutierrez, and Ogie Diaz. Screen veteran Charo Santos-Concio and acclaimed directors Olivia Lamasan and Cathy Garcia-Sampana were also featured in the music video.

On "It's Showtime," Navarro also expressed gratitude to BINI for inviting him to be part of the music video.
"Nagpapasalamat ako sa BINI sa pag-imbita sa akin na makasama sa kanilang music video. Tapos ang ganda ng choreo. Alam mo sino nag-choreo? Si Sheena," Navarro said.
"Unang Kilig" the playful song of BINI is "about the feeling of the first stages of love; not being completely sure about it, but knowing that it’s the type of feeling that can’t be replaced and can’t be replicated."
It marks the group's first musical release this 2026 and follows the extended play FLAMES, which was released last November.
Meanwhile, on "Showtime Online U," BINI shared that they started preparing for their upcoming performance at Coachella.
"Right now po nagte-training na po kami for Coachella and madugo. Talagang we are very focused, bini-build namin 'yung stamina namin. Nag-aaral kami ng mga bagong bagay for Coachella. So it's really something you guys should look forward to," Sheena said.
BINI will be the first all-Filipino girl group to perform at Coachella this April.
