MANILA -- "It's Showtime's" all-female dance group Baby Dolls released their first extended play titled "ZoomBaby Dolls" under Star Pop.
The mini album features five tracks "celebrating movement and self-love."
On Friday, Baby Dolls opened the noontime show performing "Ikembot Mo," the key track of their EP.
"Ikembot Mo” was composed and produced by Christian Martinez, arranged and mixed and mastered by Albert Tamayo, with StarPop label head Roque “Rox” Santos as supervising producer.
Also part of the EP are tracks “Clap Clap Clap Alright!,” “Kitang Kita,” “Oooh Lala Baby,” and “Dulce Tirah Tirah.”
"Wala pong mapaglagyan 'yung tuwa at pasasalamat po sa buong programa ng 'Showtime.' Sa lahat po ng boss namin maraming-maraming salamat po. Nagtiwala po kayo sa talent at capability namin at hindi po namin makakalimutan StarPop at StarMusic," a Baby Dolls member said.
The seven-member group is composed of Arianne Dela Cruz, Chole Florendo, Johaira Moris, Juby Sabino, Jelai Ahamil, Eriel Reyes, and Ina Ortega, who came from the noontime program's segments “Girl on Fire” and “Sexy Babe.”
