BTS' label warned fans on Thursday against fraudulent websites claiming to sell memberships to the K-pop supergroup's fan club and tickets to their world tour, as anticipation grows ahead of the act's comeback.
BigHit Music issued the warning in a notice on the fan community platform Weverse.
"We would like to bring to your attention recent findings of fraudulent websites posing as official channels to sell ARMY membership and world tour tickets ahead of BTS's upcoming comeback and tour," the agency said.
The company urged fans to "exercise extreme caution," stressing that it cannot offer protection or assistance for any losses resulting from transactions with illegal or unofficial websites.
BigHit reminded fans that ARMY membership registration is available exclusively through the Weverse app and website, while official information about BTS' upcoming tour can only be found on the tour's official website.
"To prevent any potential harm, please refrain from using suspicious websites and ensure you are using only official channels," it said.
BTS is set to make a comeback on March 20 with "Arirang," marking their first album in nearly four years following a break from group activities that coincided with the members' mandatory military service.
To promote the album, the group will embark on a world tour beginning in Goyang, South Korea in April, with a two-day stop in Manila scheduled for March 2027.
